The master plan proposes an urban, pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use development consisting of recreational, residential, office, commercial, retail, and industrial land uses.
The density, scale, and height of the buildings are designed to respond to the development’s proximity to downtown, existing and planned transit infrastructure, existing greenway access, and the nature of surrounding development.
